You have purchased a quality
Commercial / Residential solar control film from Sun-X International,
Inc., the oldest and most respected name in the industry. All Sun-X
films are backed by a direct warranty that is between the individual
listed under the customer information area of this warranty card and
Sun-X.
Sun-X warrants it's commercial /
residential films to be free of defects when correctly applied to the
inside surface of glass.

Lifetime
Residential Sputtered Stainless Steel, Solar Bronze:
When properly applied to the interior glass surface of
residential dwellings, the warranty will cover the period as long as
the person in ownership of the dwelling at the time of installation
retains ownership. This warranty is non-transferable.

10 Year
Commercial
Sputtered Stainless Steel, Solar Bronze Films: When
properly applied to the interior glass surface of commercial
dwellings, the warranty will cover a period of ten years.

7 Year
Residential / Commercial Sputtered Aluminum Films:
When properly applied to the interior glass surface of residential /
commercial dwellings, the warranty will cover the period
of seven years.
During the stated warranty
period, should your Sun-X solar film experience any of the following:
bubbling, cracking, crazing, delaminating, and adhesive failure, Sun-X
will provide will provide replacement film and reimburse the actual
amount of original installation up to, but not to exceed the original
invoice value to have the defective film removed and replaced.
Any established film installation
dealer in the United States and it's territories can be authorized by
the Sun-X warranty department to remove
defective film and install replacement film. The Sun-X warranty
repair liability will in no way exceed the value greater than the
original invoice amount of installation.
Warranty Claims
The warranty registration must be
properly completed and returned in order for the warranty to be
valid. In the unlikely event of film failure, contact Sun-X
International, Inc. by writing to: Sun- X
Warranty Claims, 9858 Plano Rd. Ste 300 Dallas, TX 75238
to initiate a warranty repair claim. To ensure that the warranty will
be handled, the property owner must be able to produce a copy of the
original warranty card with warranty number, and a copy of the
original installation receipt from the installing dealer.
This warranty does not cover film
that has failed or been damaged due to abuse, improper care,
negligence, accidents or improper installation. The warranties
offered by Sun-X apply only to the quality of the film product and has
no bearing or control over the quality of the installation by the
dealer.
THE WARRANTY
REGISTRATION CARD MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND MUST BE LEGIBLE.
THOSE THAT ARE INCOMPLETE OR NOT CLEARLY PRINTED AND LEGIBLE CANNOT BE
REGISTERED BY SUN-X AND WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL BE VOIDED.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE PROVIDING OF REPLACEMENT FILM
IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SUN-X SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE IN CONTRACT OR TORT FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF SUN-X FILMS.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH
EXTENDS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
This warranty give you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
No person, agent, distributor or
company is authorized to modify, change, reduce or add to the terms of
this warranty, or assume any other obligations or liabilities for
Sun-X.
